Report Cards and Grading Policy
Lakeland Hills Elementary is a standards based teaching and assessment community. This means that instruction is based upon state learning targets and each standard/target is assessed. Student achievement is reported with a numeric (4,3,2,1) system rather than a letter (A,B,C,D,F) system.
Report cards reflect the following:
4-Exceeds Standard
3-Meets Standard
2-Approaching Standard
1-Needs Improvement on Standard
Report cards are issued each trimester. Parent-Teacher conferences occur in November.

Family Access to the Teacher's Gradebook and Student Information/Attendance
The steps to participate in Family and Student Access is as follows:
Step 1: Student's Login Identification-Visit the Lakeland Hills Elementary School office to show your Identification and receive your user ID and password. Step 2: Visit the LLH Website Homepage. Locate Family Access. Step 3: Type in login info to access gradebook and student info. Please note, grades may be posted within two weeks of the assignment or test date. Grades are subject to change if the student meets a standard at a later time after reteaching and retesting.
